I facilitate the relationship between the manipulation of tissues and body systems using: energy work as a Reiki Master and qi gong and polarity therapy practitioner in addition to various clinical , Sweedish, Acupressure, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Lymphatic, Myofascial, active and passive stretching, cupping, neuromuscular and Thai techniques. I help people recover from injuries, increase athletic performance, and focus and calm when suffering from generalized anxiety disorder, maintain general well being, endure pregnancy and more. I love my job!
Hospice Massage is a special love of mine. My patients entrust me with some of their most precious end of life hours. I can help with edema and pain management. When patients can use fewer pain medications, they can be more "present" for last conversations with loved ones. We laugh and joke and I cry in my car. Generally, after the first visit, my patients ask for me daily.
My goal is to treat MIND, BODY, SPIRIT using massage, energy work, meditation , hypnotherapy and coaching. Sometimes getting rid of emotional and mental baggage is all one needs to get to their next level of success.
